1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Philippine public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the Philippines. For bulk or B2B/dealer orders, please contact us directly for freight arrangements and delivery coordination.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
  • Provincial (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao): 4–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–14 business days (delivery timelines may vary by courier availability)

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight. Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be reflected automatically at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the courier's website.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. JCTOP is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

8. Bulk and B2B Orders

For large or wholesale orders requiring freight delivery, please reach out to us directly so we can arrange the most suitable shipping method and pricing.
